The Marina
Overlooking the lagoon and Third Mainland Bridge: a 50-vessel small-craft harbour with water-taxi jetties, a yacht club, a boutique hotel and Marina Square edged by restaurants and shops.

Labalaba Street
The backbone of Ilubirin: a walkable, pedestrian-priority high street with retail at ground level, flowering street trees, shade, seating and a series of small squares along its length.

Marine Drive Promenade
Running the length of the development: cafés, bars, play and fitness areas, jogging and cycle paths, an amphitheatre with a floating stage and a chain of lagoon parks.

Arena Square
Labalaba Street opens onto Arena Square: a 3,000–5,000 capacity multi-functional event venue, a conference hotel and an environmental centre, facing the Wetland Park.

Endemic lagoon vegetation and mangroves reintroduced along boardwalks and paths, with an environmental education centre — part of the Lagos State lagoon rehabilitation programme.

Boardwalk · Paradise Wharf
Alive with boardwalks and boats.
Ilubirin’s lagoonside district, Paradise Wharf, will be alive with boardwalks and boats, an elevated beach and stunningly designed spaces for concerts and performances: a meeting place, a destination.
Embracing the lagoon, the bustling restaurants and cafés will be inviting at any time of day and night, whilst the healthy can run the waterfront, exercise or merely relax and enjoy the view.

Community amenities second to none.
The community amenities Ilubirin will provide its residents will be second to none, including a new medical centre Lagos Ambulatory Care Centre (LACC) and new community school.
The LACC will be a 5,306m² (BUA) state of the art, wholesomely designed care centre featuring a laboratory, rehabilitation therapy, bio-medical services, a clinic, operation theatre with the highest calibre equipment.
With views across the lagoon, Ilubirin will also host a cool and contemporary hotel to allow visitors to come and enjoy all the district has to offer – a perfect place to stay and explore the ever-engaging Lagos.
